Terms of Service & SMS Terms

1. Agreement

By using T2B ("T2B," "we," "us"), a service operated by The Pros, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. T2B provides text-message booking software that lets independent coaches, trainers, instructors, and guides ("Coaches") take bookings and payments from their customers over SMS.

2. The Service

Customers book a Coach by texting the Coach's handle to our number, (808) 385-7600. T2B confirms the booking, collects payment, adds the session to the Coach's calendar, and sends reminders. T2B is a booking and payments tool; the coaching service itself is provided by the Coach, not by T2B.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms

Program. T2B sends transactional, booking-related text messages on behalf of Coaches — confirmations, reminders, payment receipts, scheduling updates, and customer-care replies.

Consent. By texting our number, replying to a Coach's booking handle, or providing your mobile number during sign-up, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from T2B at the number you provide. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of booking or purchasing any service.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your booking activity.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change, and message delivery is subject to your carrier's and our service's availability. For information on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing.

4. Bookings & Payments

When you book through T2B, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and payment information
• Authorize T2B and its payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method for the booking
• Pay all charges associated with bookings you make
• Follow the cancellation and refund policy provided at the time of booking

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are set by each Coach and shown at the time of booking. Typical policies allow a free first reschedule, with late cancellations or no-shows subject to a partial charge, and full refunds for Coach- or weather-related cancellations. T2B facilitates these transactions; specific terms vary by Coach.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by sending unlawful content, interfering with the service, attempting unauthorized access, or using it to send unsolicited messages.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. T2B does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the conduct or services of any Coach.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, T2B and The Pros will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
